Shipping Policy
We will ensure that orders will be dispatched within 2 working days of receiving your order.
Items over £20 in value will be sent via recorded delivery.
Heavy items will be sent via DHL or Parcelforce
This applies to England and Wales. Unfortunately for Europe, ScotlandNorthern Ireland and Eire all couriers charge an excess for delivery of large items. Where as we feel this is unfair, we do unfortunately have to pass some of the costs on to customers from these areas. Could you please call for the excess delivery charge

In the unlikely event of a product being out of stock we will inform you with availability date or offer you a full refund.
Returns Policy
Before returning any item to Andrews Aquatics, you must contact us first by either phone or email within 24 hours,
For "smaller" products that are found to be faulty or have been damaged on arrival we will ask you to return the item to Andrews Aquatics in the original packaging that came with the product. We will then either replace or refund this product.
For "larger" products we will either: -

We will ask for proof of the damage or fault by digital photo. This can be sent to us via email
We will then replace or refund on inspection
Warranty Claims
For problems or defects that develop within the warranty period (which can be claimed under the terms of the manufacturer’s warranty), please contact us by phone or email quoting the order / invoice number, product description, date of purchase. Depending on the nature of the problem, it may be necessary for us to ask you to return the product to us under the terms of the warranty. If this is necessary, the cost of return will be at your expense. The replacement product will be sent to you at our expense.
Right to cancel
You have the right to cancel your order from andrews Aquatics Online Store within 24 hours. Please contact us by calling 01803 844498 with confirmation details of the product that you would like to return. You also have the right to cancel your order within 7 days of receipt and notice of this cancellation must be given in writing by email or post within this time period. If you request to cancel your order after the product has been received, you have a statutory right to have taken due care and attention to the goods whilst in your possession. Failure to do so may result in action against you. You will be required to return all goods for which you have given notice of cancellation at your own expense. Part of your statutory right of care is to ensure that the goods are returned to us without damage or loss as failure to do so may result in action against you
